Historic British Cuisine, Reimagined

This project explored a new visual approach to historic British cuisine at the two-Michelin-starred Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, moving away from conventionally formal fine-dining imagery toward a more fluid, contemporary expression. Over the course of a year, I oversaw content production for social channels, shaping a visual language that balanced heritage and craftsmanship with spontaneity, warmth, and accessibility, while remaining true to the restaurant’s culinary philosophy.
